We have been running all applications and MX10 infrastructure on our new cloud provider for a month with no stability issues.
We are therefore marking our migration as complete!

Following stability issues that have occurred this week, we have brought forward our plan to migrate to a new, cloud-based infrastructure provider. We were originally planning on doing this in Q2 this year, however the issues this week highlighted this move is more urgent.
We will be migrating our applications and websites - including Waggybytes.com, Simply Remind Me, and Solid Tools for Developers - over the next couple of weeks.
We will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum, however it is likely some may occur. We are confident this move will set us up with a solid platform for the future; thank you for your patience.

An infrastructure issue at our upstream DNS partner affected access to a subset of our applications and managed service customers’ websites earlier today.
This issue has now been resolved and all applications and websites are back online.
